Lee is my favorite along with Guy and A. Kakashi and Neji are fun to watch as well.

1. Gai/Lee (best pure taijutsu)
2. Tsunade/Sakura (most damaging individual attacks)
3. Any Hyuga (can potentially end battles in 64 strikes or less)
4. Kiba (flashiest attacks even though they don't seem to be that effective)

Overall, all taijutsu users in the series seem to have very limited skill sets, though.
