Mine would be this one. Really love this type of Main Characters plus Best Villain right there. This is how a rivalry should supposed to be like. None lost, neither wins. Just big fights, a lot of blood and badass comebacks. There are times that you stick to one side (either be the heroes or villains) but this time, I'm rooting for both b

There are many though. Jin and Mugen from Samurai Champloo have a really interesting chemistry in their conflict. Naruto and Sasuke themselves, as cliche a choice as it is, have always been a part of the Naruto manga I very much enjoy....

Also, Saitama and Sonic in their own weird one sided rivalry deserves a mention of its own.
