Tobirama Senju.

I started to like Tobirama way back when because he used Suiton. Suiton users are so bad ass collectively, and include Zabuza, Kisame, etc. His character design was pretty cool, because he was the only person who wore that fur collar. His forehead protector was also pretty cool. But once he came back, I thought Kishi did a hundred times better drawing him, and I immediately started liking his "don't give a ****" attitude. He is so blunt and to the point it is funny. The way he called Minato and Naruto mentally challenged made me chuckle as well, and he commands respect. But he also has a deep caring for the Uchiha, which many people do not know. He was deeply saddened with Sasuke's demise, talked about the Uchiha's history with such a passion that it made me think he was not the racist everyone was calling him. He just looks at things objectively and viewed them as a threat, as a whole. Not to mention he is the smartest out of the Hokage.

They lived far longer than him, they are practically like his parents or grandparents(in Madara's case it's even like his ancestor lol), so obviously they trained harder with more times to train. It's exactly why Minato is that impressive since like Rosae said, he achieved all what he achieved in a short time span

Hiruzen Sarutobi

He reminds of the days when fights wer based on the interesting techniques versus now where it is based on tailed beasts and doujutsus. Plus he had a badass speech right before his death that made me respect him.
