5- hanzo , he was boss and he was feared in global .
4- tobi , he was in top until he became obito
3- orochimaru, he reminds to Michael Jackson
2- kakuzu, his experience is an attractive
1- zabuza , he's the most mother fa3ker badass shinobi that I have ever seen .

5? the only good ones are Orochimaru and pain (ok maybe i might have forgot someone)... Orochimaru has an interesting-badass-very well developed personality and prety well fitting looks for a villain but lacks on bacstory development and reasoning... pain-nagato was a freaking boss too with a good backstory... Zabuza is obviously one of the best developed-badass characters but i dont considering him as a villain... i like hanzo too but again i dont think he is a villain... maybe a secondary antagonist...
