I agree with #1 & #2. I figured I'd add Minerva to the list as well. I don't see how Laxus was a villain, wouldn't it be better to call him an antagonist? Laxus never had evil intent iirc.

U r right but others were bad from the start. But hades is like a good guy gone bad. Quite the opposite then the normal villain. Jose I think was just a greedy fellow, he kind off reminds me of kakuzu.
