So who is your favorite and why?

My ultimate favorite is Itachi. I prefer somebody that is not a complete powerhouse but is a great strategist. If I had a runner-up I suppose it would be Madara just because of his mastery of the Sharigan/Rinnegan.

1)Byakugan's visual prowess far exceeds Sharingan's. Manga fact.

2)THe Byakugan wasn't given power ups because it's pretty Op as it is.

3)Too bad those special abilities are exclusive to like 6 out of thousands of people.
