sasuke-uses tsukyomi, amaretsu, susanno and has ems
itachi-wiped out uchiha clan and has ems
shisui- his ms ability has the strongest genjustu

Madara has a very strong genjutsu as you can see. rickroll'd genjutsu. that is why i picked madara as my favorite sharigan user.
