Naruto still has RSM, mangafact. However Naruto only use RSM in conjunction with KCM instead of all bijuu chakras like vs kaguya. In gaiden and Boruto, Naruto used RSM + KCM.

I don't think gai really belongs on this list. All of your examples are someone receiving a power up but gai just used his natural abilities,he didn't get Chakra from anywhere else
