Opening 8 (Diver by Nico touches the wall). Up to this day, I still listen to the song and I'm never bored of it ^^

Opening 4 (Closer by Inoue Joe) and 6 (Sign by Flow) come close behind

For Naruto:

Opening 6 (No boy, no cry by Stance punk), Opening 7 (Namikaze sattelite by Snorkel) and Opening 8 (Re:Member).
