FTG - a great jutsu that isnt a blood line limit and yet a jutsu which only very few can use to a great degree takes still to be able to use it to its fullest... doesnt make everyone immediatly OP either yet as ive said if the right person uses it, it can be one of the most deadly

Dance of the cresent moon - not to flashy, nice and simple, great sword technique that should have been used more often, also takes skill to use... plus i just plain like the way it looks :|

I would say... Kamui. It isnt as flashy as other OP jutsus, and yet it makes character very powerfull.
