I dont know anyone that acted like a villain but was a hero aside from Itachi.

But Itachi was not "acting" like a villain, he WAS a villain. In fact, he's one of the most brutal, violent and sociopathic villains in the Naruto series.

Not really. What I am saying is backed up in the manga. Itachi brutally mindraped Kakashi and Sasuke(twice) for no reason in the manga. That makes him a SERIAL mindrapist! He let Orochimaru and Danzo go unharmed for no reason in the manga.(which subsequently lead to a catastrophic invasion) He sat on his ass and did nothing to stop the Akatsuki, and was took part in the murders of 6 jins and subsequently declared war on humanity. He's a major super villain, but Kishi did a "moral dissonance" with Itachi to make him look more heroic than he actually was, and swept all his brutal crimes against humanity under the rug.
