Definitely Dosu Kinuta. Great look, cool abilities, interesting personality, and he was able to figure out Orochimaru's plans and intended to defy Orochimaru. He had such potential but then Kishi wasted him for whatever reason. Plus, the way he humiliated Choji's was funny.

Is shikimaru fodder? Strength wise he might be but his intellect puts him on a different level IMO.

I suppose compared to Gai, Madara, Hashirama, Naruto, Obito and Sasuke...the K11 are pretty fodder.
