Obito's easily. It was both entertaining and informative.

Kakashi gaiden even though it wasn't a flashback.It introduced us the main villain,we saw how Kakashi got his sharingan and a little Minato action.
Kushina's flashbacks of Naruto's birth were really nice and interesting too.

My favorite would be "The history of Minato and Kushina", mostly because the whole flashback was about the story that started the series ^_^

Kakashi Gaiden. It was amazing how Kishi could make his readers care for these 'minor' characters in just 6 chapters, while expanding a bit on Kakashi's story as well. The ending was cruel and a real tearjerker, but that's one of the reasons why it's such a memorable flashback.
