Your favorite characters most admirable qualities?

Rock lee - Was able to turn his weakness into an incredible strength and stands firm to what he believes in and tries hard with everything he does

Kimimaro - Was loyal until the very end even if it was to orochimaru and he had an absolute iron will in order to be able to even moe with such an illness and had unique abilities

Minato - Great leadership, his intelligence, calm and his fighting style and the love for his wife and village

Gaara - His abilities and attitude.. always calm and collected

Sasuke: Everything lol. He's just a badass (IMO!!!)
Shikamaru: "Genius"/Very strategic, intelligent
Itachi: Don't know how to describe
Minato: His speed

Madz, the way he toys with people before slowy taking their life, the way he talks to people and of course his hair.

Lee - His human qualities, striving for better and working hard. I also liked his maturity in last chapter and his backstory along with his relationship with Gai is one of the best and relatable ones from the series.

Neji - Surpassed main family when he was a side branch. Like Lee, he was deemed to be inferior but he developed his skills and bypassed oppression.

Gaara - Backstory was great. His Naruto fanboyism is annoying but in latest chapter he felt symphaty for Lee. İt was a nice touch for his character.

Orochimaru - His humanity, perservance and striving for better. He seeks immortality and being the ultimate being; most humanly questions ever.

Gai - Optimisim and his relationship with Lee, his father and Kakashi.

Shikamaru-despite being weak, he makes up for it with his genius
Naruto-never gives up, his cheerful attitude, comical
Sakura-she improved alot, smart, doesn't give up, and is a good medic
Itachi-true shinobi, respectful, genius, loyal, strongest mentally, love for his village and brother knows no bounds, badass, coolest guy in this manga
Lee-hardest-working person in the manga like you said
Gaara-interesting back story and has matured alot
Tobirama-realist (he's not afraid to sugar-coat anything), badass, intelligent

There's just something about Teuchi's smile that makes my blood boil. Back on topic, I like Haku and Hinata. They are the kindest characters in the series. I'm still not convinced that Haku is really a boy though.

Jiraiya. Hes an immature fun loving guy who researches women.

Much more than that, he is able to get 100% down to business whenever it calls.

He wishes for nothing more than peace. He dedicated his life to helping the future.
He planted seeds for world peace.(Naruto, Nagato, Minato) Only Nagato withered.
His wisdom passes mostly everyone.

Laser sharp focus. He sets a goal and stops at nothing to achieve it (regardless of what the goal is, you can't fault that quality).

A true genius who takes everything he learns to a higher level. Where Itachi could barely control amaterasu, my boy Sasuke can stop it at will, change its form, and shoot arrows with it. Kakashi teaches him chidori. My boy Sasuke learns how to stream it and ****ing tames lightening. Itachi had Susano. My boy Sasuke ****ing creates a bijuu/sasuano fusion.

You never know what that Sasuke is going to do next. And as Kishi said, he's pure. When he loves, he loves purely. He'll instinctively protect you and give his life for you. When he hates, he'll ****ing seek to wipe you off the face of the planet IF you get in his way. He's the most interesting character for me by far.

Spunky personality. Passion for art. Great fights. ANd the "hm" at the end of every sentence never gets old.

A passionate guy with a big heart. You can tell he'd make a great husband and father (as we see with Lee). Cool ass powers. Turns his weakness into his strength and taught his students to do so. The teeth 'shing' hasn't and will probably never get old for me. LOL.

My boy Shino doesn't get NEARLY enough attention or credit. Interesting justu. He's a strategist like Shikamaru. Usually has something deep and interesting to say. I'd totally hang with him in real life. Love Shino.

He was bar none the best mentor of the whole series and he was a pretty laid back individual.
He never let his disciples turn evil, run off with a perverted old man, remain useless for 99% of the series, indoctrinated them into some weird green tighted cult of youth, let them die, or rely on some randomly created magic tools to become useful after being fodder for the rest of their existence.
