-his plans for immortality, gaining all jutsu and general destruction, plus his research and experiments
- the way he fights is just badass. killing intent, catching a kunai with two fingers, standing up to the kyuubi for funsies. he's arrogant to the extreme.

very close after that are Tobi (not Obito!) and Kisame. Kakashi and Shino complete my top 5.
