I believe the best form of artwork is one that conveys feelings and messages. A perfect example is Naruto's and Sasuke's return to Konoha:

Not only is the art itself great (fine detailing, nice shading, etc...), but the content is very symbolistic. These double-pages represent the dual Yang and Yin counterparts of Naruto and Sasuke, respectively. They are so similar, yet so polar in terms of setting and the context of their return.
