It's difficult to say. I can't choose from these four, deidara,pain,itachi and kisame.

I can tell you that it is not Kakuzu..... ok its Kakuzu!


He was an utter badass IMO! He's the first villain we saw completely manhandle Kakashi in a fight. The fact it took Naruto, Yamato, Kakashi, Shikamaru, Ino, and Chouji to beat him was ridiculous....and even then the arc was rushed because they wanted to get back to showing Sasuke.


In theory he had every element, he had the MOST experience in the Narutovers, he fought and survived Hashirama Senju.


And to top it off: Looks like a pro, sounds like a pro.

Kakuzu is a fodder.
Zetsu is a plant.
Deidara is insane.
Itachi is a sociopath and inhumane monster/clan killer who doesn't love his younger brother and tortures him for the fun of it.
Hidan is annoying.
Obito is annoying.
Kisame is perfect.

Well my favorite member is Tobi ( when he was goofy Tobi and not Whiny Obito ) .

I liked "Madara" Tobi the best out of the Obito Personas.... as it nicely contrasted Goofy Tobi. It also gave him a sense of power, wisdom, an intimidation.
