[Discussion] Your Fav OP Characters Top 3 most anticipated Fights!!! And why...

[Straw Hat Zoro]

Well to start off it easy to see my Fav Character is Roronoa Zoro.

My Top three anticipated fights are:

1. Dracule Mihawk- Member of the Shichibukai, current holder of the title "Greatest Swordsman In the World", and owner of Yoru one of the twelve Saijo O Wazamono and known strongest sword in the world. In order for Zoro to claim the title of Greatest Swordsman he will have to defeat his greatest rival/teacher. This fight has been foreshadowed since the beginning when Zoro was crushed by Mihawk with a small knife and has had layers after layers added to the build up. Definitely going to be one hell of a fight. Going to be very interesting how Eiichiro sets this fight into play. I cant wait to see these two go all in.

2. Fujitora- From learning that he was an Admiral, to seeing the level of strength Fuji displayed against Law, to the small but epic foreshadowing from the exchange between him and Zoro. I love that we have a swordsman admiral now and cant wait for these two beasts clash swords. His Swords name is unknown along with the devil fruit that gives him gravity type powers. But I cant wait to see and learn more about him during this arc.

3. Shiliew of the Rain- The once head jailer of Impel Down turned Pirate and now member of Blackbeards crew. Shiliew is a master swordsman and is extremely proficient with a specific type of sword, the nodachi. His strength at that time was said to be equal to the Chief Warden Magellan but has gone up since the time skip for sure. He has also shown himself to possess superhuman endurance; this is best demonstrated by taking a direct hit from Sengoku's shock wave in his Daibutsu form, being sent a great distance, but then getting up with only a small amount of trouble. There hasn't been any foreshadowing that Zoro will end up fighting him but odds are this will be his opponent from the BB crew.

Honorable mentions: It would be cool to see him fight Foxfire Kin'emon or any Samurai from Wano Country especially the Shogun!!!

I don't think Zoro vs. Mihawk will happen, even if it does it will be a small one. Shilliew should be the WSS by killing Mihawk and he will be Zoro's final opponent.

My fav is Luffy and his fights I'm most looking forward to are:

- Luffy v the WG (very ambiguous, but that's how it has been so far in the story, could also overlap with my second choice and it most likely will), just like WB said, Roger is waiting for someone and Luffy WILL get there, he will get to OP and he will carry the weight of history on his shoulders and he will challenge the entire world

- Luffy v Akainu, I think there is a possibility of Sabo being killed by Akainu and I think that a fight between Luffy the PK and the leader of the Navy, the armed forces of the corrupt govt and the killer of his two brothers would be insanely epic

- Luffy v BB, he's the OP quintessential villain, I don't think he is the final villain because the institution of the WG represents something much bigger than BB not to mention it is a much greater threat

other fights I would very much like to see: Garp v Roger, Sabo v Akainu, BB v Shanks, Admiral v Sanji, Admiral v Zoro, Dragon v Kong or the Gorosei

I do agree and have actually made a theory on here a few months backs about how Shilliew will kill Mihawk and become Zoros final opponent. But until that does happen or someone else kills him he is Zoros final challenge in my opinion. So we will have to wait and see.

I'm not seeing Shiliew possibly killing Mihawk, even Vista has a better chance of doing that...

The way I personally see it, after luffy beats Blackbeard and Zoro beats Shiliew...

Luffy will fight Shanks and Zoro will fight Mihawk, both luffy and Zoro made promises to these individual characters.

Like the final boss stage, Mihawk and Shanks will await the strawhats in the grand line.

I mean Shanks knows where it is, he was on Rogers crew after all...

Yeah but I kinda agree with what KOL said. He said that the Zoro vs. Mihawk seems a bit cliche, it's been expected since the beginning (well not the beginning but u get the idea) that Zoro's final opponent will be Mihawk and it just seems slightly cliche. I mean Oda can throw a curveball at us and surprise us at the end or prob. the Zoro vs. Mihawk foreshadowing was suppose to be a red herring.

My fav character is a tie between Law and Whitebeard. Seeing as Whitebeard is ''indisposed'' , my most anticipated Law fights are:

- w/ Luffy vs Kaido: I just love his relationship with Luffy. It's hilarious but really endearing. Kaido is really hyped, I think he'll be the epitome of evil in the series, like Frieza in DBZ. We also need to see some big team battles in One Piece. So seeing the future Pirate King and his main pirate rival going head-to-head with a Yonko will just be epic. I actually think/hope it'll start off as a one-on-one between Law and Kaido (Luffy will be confronting Big Mom; the end of this saga will be Straw-Hearts vs Kid-Hawkins-On Air Alliance vs Kaido's crew vs Big Mom Pirates)

- vs Luffy: Friendship aside, they're rivals with conflicting goals. They'll have to fight each other eventually. I think it'll happen near Raftel, and just be a beast fight. It'd be a true test for Luffy and Law taking his defeat in stride and wishing his rival/friend the best of luck in getting One Piece would be great. I'd die of happiness if Oda throws in flashbacks to a fight between Roger and Whitebeard from back in the day.

- Final War, vs Fujitora: I think their clash and interaction on Green bit is foreshadowing. They both channel their Devil Fruit powers, which are 'hax' battlefield changers, through their swords. Law will want to help his friend Luffy when the Final War comes and he'll be one of the strongest men on their side, so he'll take on an Admiral. It'd be a real awesome fight and be an opportunity for Law to avenge his embarrassment on Green Bit.

Favorite is Nico Robin


1. Robin vs Trebol...finally a legitimate solo fight (Pell, Tashigi, Yama, and Hammond are all fodder when she beats them)...oh wait, Ussop will take it.

2. Robin vs a CP-AIGIS0 ?Laskey? (Spy vs Spy plus dude drop kicked her mom)

3. Robin vs Someone...


Sadly, Robin got horribly nerfed after Alabasta, and hasn't honestly gotten a single legitimate Solo fight meaning a solo fight with someone on her level....
