to be honest everything in the anime is filler every thing because if you think about it nearly 3 quarters of the anime is fillers :l

Episodes 119-120 "Kakashi Chronicles - A Boy's Life on the Battlefield" - I love this episode because it uncovers how Kakashi got his Sharingan, how he got the scar over his left eye, and where he got the quote (about ninja rules and regulations) from. The story about Obito was very sweet and he was the one who made Kakashi like his father again and changed his view about what is more important - the life of his comrades or the success of his mission. The ending was very sad... Not to mention, we get to see some of Minato's character which was awesome.

Episode 248 "Fourth Hokage's Death Match" - This one was just crazy. Too many things happened in just one episode. Kushina finally got to see her baby boy. Obito snatched Naruto from Biwako. Minato saved Naruto. Obito removed the Nine tails from Kushina. Minato saved Kushina once again. Kushina cried for her son's safety (which was so sweet). Minato teleported a tail beast bomb with ease. And Minato's epic fight with Obito. All of that in one episode. Simply amazing.
