Do FTG kunnai count as a peculiar type of weapon? they're just custom Kunai and Minato added his seal on it. I mean, basically, no one else can make use of them further than a regular Kunai :|

It's a custom made kunai heavier than regular ones and also has a different shape it counts and currently it hasn't lost one battle considering minato used it all the time and we haven't seen or heard of him losing a fight with it.
