Blackbeard (strongest paramecia and strongest logia you do the math)
Big momma (she's a yonko so... I mean, she's got to be something?)
Kong (literally holds authority over akainu, marine commander-in-cheif second in authority to the gorosei and if we know how Marines works, then Kong is the strongest)
Mihawk (the legendary swords master, could fight dual handed shanks on par, swords wise)
Akainu (Fleet Admiral title says it all)
Kuzan (creating frozen wastelands since marineford)


Harp would be up there but I kind of par it with sengoku, sengoku had the bushido afro but I mean that went away after the timeskip,mans gotten older now, I feel the same happened to harp and only prime harp could match Rogers it's silly to say current Garp can.

Teach literally ran away from akainu post timeskip (when stating that they would use Bonney as bait ).. :| nothing suggest that teach can put down akainu

Especially by portrayal of this encounter signifies that teach is at the very least weary of akainus battle prowess and doesn't want to go head to head with him at least not yet...

Also I love how ppl ignore this fact but say doffy was afraid of akojji when he left him... Like teach literally ran away doffy was looking for law and luffy.. Yet ppl use this excuse to rank him lower... Yet ignore this for teach that's bull
