Both great games. Never liked the Ultimate Ninja series and Generations has the best presentation in the series whilst Revolution has the best battle system.

Ultimate Ninja 3 and Storm 4.

UN3 has a pretty good single player mode and I played it to death with my friends back in the day even though it wasn't that competitive. Storm 4 may not have a high skill cap either, but the better player usually wins and the gameplay is mindless fun with some m8's.
