All I see was Sasuke in part 1 when this is about Sasuke at Vote who was on a different level entirely. We are talking senjutsu powered abilities and having the 3 tomoe to back him up. Kakashi was nowhere on this level and Sasukes chidori usage is already much more fine tuned in this stage. Nothing but moot points you making regarding fighting ability. Anbu Kakashi has shown nothing especially impressive while Sasuke went up against a jinchuriki and had enough power to take down a two tailed Naruto. Kakashi gets stomped.

How is ANBU Kakashi someone who received a Sharingan a few seconds earlier?
In fact, it's Kakashi who's more experienced with the Sharingan - because this discussion is about ANBU Kakashi who has had his 3T for a while (since killing Rin). Sasuke, on the other hand, is the one who developed it to 3T only seconds earlier (against Naruto).
