The hardest part about this thread is power-scaling from Part 1 to Part 2 and speed differences x_x (for me at least)

Sasuke...he can fly and Suigetsu is weak against lightning.

Suigetsu high difficulty is my gut guess but I agree with Drakengard(power levels and speed is hard to judge). Suigetsu imo is high jounin level but his weakness is lightning. I don't know how fast Suigetsu is though so if Sasuke is faster than he should be able to paralyze him with lightning and finish him off.

its stated that suigetsu with executioner would hold his own against even hebi sasuke. he threatened to kill him and sasuke believed every word. however this was pre showing he had orochimarus techs.

Suigetsu is weak against lightning.

he defuses lightning with his body but hes weak because lightning cuts through his blade. sasukes not nearly fast enough anyways. suigetsu was confident he could beat post skip sasuke as stated above

I wish I could say Suigetsu wins. He's weak to raiton which is perfect because Sasuke has it, and as fast as Suigetsu was nothing suggests he's keeping up with 3 tomoe. Sasuke can effectively react to all of his techniques and outlast him.

suigetsu was duelling evenly with darui who seemingly blitzed and cut off ginkakus arm. also lightning weakens him but he wont die. he fought bee for a bit and despite the raiton, he still got up and kept going

Yeah, Suigetsu also intercepted A's attacks, like I said, he's fast.

And yeah, fighting vs Bee was mainly because he had an entire lake at his disposal....which is kind of why he wins here considering he has it lol.
