Any version of part 1 Sasuke would beat any version of kid Obito barring mokuton+Kamui hax. Wo them, even with 2T he is inferior to kid Sasuke starting from Bell test version.

I posted 3 tomoe and up

2 tomoe without curse seal is inferior to Obito.

His Katon isn't better at that point.
