OVA is non-canon, but if OP wants it to be canon for this thread, let it be.

If that's the case, Kakashi wins low to mid difficulty (mid if he's having a bad day or something), while Konohamaru defeats Obito mid to high difficulty (Sharingan will be a factor here).

Still, if we don't include this OVA, then Kakashi defeats Konohamaru low difficulty while Obito wins high difficulty.
