Kakashi and gai would win only if there was a Kyubi restriction .
So team naruto win but Sasuke will die.
Neither Sasuke nor Naruto would be very hard pressed. Kakashi became a jounin because it was war time, otherwise he would have never been one at that age.
Kakashi didn't become a jounin until 13. And the Naruto and Sasuke we saw in Part 1 were only 12. Which means that Kakashi wouldn't have had the sharingan at this time. (which wouldn't matter anyway because he can't compare to Sasuke at that time.) Guy has shown no feats, but he was always weaker than Kakashi, and Guy didn't become a jounin at 13 so it makes sense that he was weaker.
Let's compare them at age 12. Hell I'll even make it 13 for Kakashi so he has the sharingan.
Kakashi - Extremely low chakra, 2-tomoe sharingan, no practice with it & no chakra to use it, doesn't have his 1000's of jutsus because he hasn't copied them yet. Has decent tracking skills and decent taijutsu, though when faced with a real jounin he got dominated easily.
Sasuke - Has more chakra than adult kakashi, and has the curse mark to enhance his speed and strength even more. He also has a 3 tomoe sharingan, which is the only one that predicts movements. kakashi doesn't have this. Able to beat Naruto in his one tailed form.
Guy - No feats shown but considering that he wasn't a jounin when kakashi was, it stands to reason that he was weaker than kakashi, who is already very weak.
Naruto - Powerhouse in this battle. Can summon Gamabunta, which by itself puts him leaps and bounds above any genin or chuunin. He has more chakra in his base form (without the 9-tails chakra) than the other three combined. Can make hundreds of clones, can do an A rank level jutsu, the rasengan. Can go into a one or two tailed cloak, which gives him massively increased speed, chakra and strength along with chakra arms.
Heals at an incredible rate, healed from Sasuke's chidori to the lung in seconds.
So yeah either Sasuke or Naruto alone can take on both Kakashi and Guy together and win.
