...but it doesnt seem like its gonna be fair to me. Naruto has been burning himself out this whole war and Sasuke hasnt used much chakra at all. I know Narutos still gonna win because he cant die or run out of chakra but still...seems like Kishi'd want them both at 100% before he went down this road.

Well look at it this way. Naruto's been fighting the war since he left the island with Bee. He fought Obito alone, then the fake Jinch, then Obito again (with backup). Then he fought Juubito with the alliance. Then he fought Madara. Then he fought Sage Madara with Sasuke. Then he fought Kaguya. At this point Narutos gotta be damn near out of energy.

Actually, i would say Naruto Manga Part 2 from The Kazekage Rescue arc till the arc in which Sasuke forms the Heby/Taka was mostly bad.
The reason I feel that is because it was all focused on Naruto chasing after Sasuke and crying because he couldnt reach him. After that, i think the manga got better and the chapters were as good as the ones in part 1.
