I know Ashura+Indra=Hagoromo chakra but it's not stated to be an instant process. Well if Hashirama and Madara's cells could have been used then Sasuke would have 2 Rinnegans instead of one; Indra (Yin)+Ashura (Yang)=Hagoromo (Yin Yang). Hagoromo gave Sasuke his Yin chakra, someone tried arguing that Hagoromo gave both Naruto and Sasuke half of his Yin Yang chakra; my response is then both of them would have 2 Rinnegans and RSM. See, that's the problem. Naruto wasn't born yet. So ashura did not go over to naruto and ashura's chakra was still good enough to help madara awaken the rinnegan. Also, it was hashirama's advanced cells that helped sasuje summon Hagoromoo's chakra too.

It was ashura's chakra that gave madara Hagoromoo's chakra anyways.
That doesn't mean that madara has the body (rsm of Hagoromoo)
Uchihas inherit the yin of the sage while the senju inherit the yang. The incarnates are a different story.
