Shisui would still be alive, Itachi wouldn't have his MS, Nagato wouldn't have Rinnegan, Minato and Kushina would still be alive, No Kurama for Naruto, the coup'ta would still happen, the destruction of the Leaf Village, Gaara and Naruto wouldn't be friends, Kakashi wouldn't have MS, Naruto wouldn't be a dunce and Team 7 wouldn't exist. Are you happy? are you?!?!?!

Shisui went to the Third and told him of the coup, but since Minato would still be alive Shisui would have went to him. The Third wanted him to KA the Uchiha leader, Fugaku, in order to solve the problem without casualties. It was Danzo who prevented this plan from succeeding, and who knows if Danzo would even have a position in the Leaf under Minato's rule. If Shisui followed the same plan under these circumstances, the Uchiha clan would still be around which would allow Sasuke and Itachi to grow up in the village normally. Or, Minato could have acted differently. Who knows how Minato would have reacted? If for some unknown reason the coup still happened, Minato could put them down with ease with the help of the Third, Shisui, and Itachi.

Kushina would still have Kurama and would probably pass it on the Naruto at some point before she died since he is an Uzamaki and it is tradition. He would be the next best candidate after her. And he could still learn Rasengan, he has large chakra stamina already, and J-man could still teach him SM. His clones would still exist, and therefore so would his fast progression. Also, his dad could possibly teach him FTG or a Space/Time variant with wind instead of lightning if Naruto couldn't develop affinity for a different nature.

Nagato wouldn't have the Rinnegan, which means no Pain, J-man wouldn't have died and the Leaf wouldn't have been leveled.

Naruto and Gaara may not have been friends after the Chunnin exams, but Oro's attack on Konoha would have ended quickly with both the Fourth and Third still in the village. Gaara's transformation into Shukaku could be easily stopped and sealed by Minato without a need for violence against him. Alternatively, Kushina could change his perspective as Naruto did since she would be a Jin at the time, probably. If Kushina already gave Naruto Kurama, it also could have played out the same and they could be friends from this point. Also, Kurama wouldn't have been halved by Minato using RDS, so Kurama would be at full power the whole time.

Kakashi was a Jonin at a young age without Sharingan, so his career would still be alright. He may not be the leader of Team 7, but it still could have existed. Think about how much faster they all would have progressed with Hiruzen as their leader, or Jiriaya, or Itachi (who would probably still develop the MS at some point given his skill as a child with only 3 tomo), or Shisui.

The Uchiha would still be a large presence in Konoha and would probably make Oro think twice about attacking it in the first place.
