Here's how it's going to go:

If Kishi does make Boruto and Sarada a pair, their kids will be Kaguya/Momoshiki level. Then what? who are they going to fight? Which OP antagonist is he going to come up with and how nerfed will that antagonist is going to get in order for this kid to win?

Kishi has great ideas but never knows how to bring it into full. he can build things up but somehow the climax gets replaced with more build up until you find yourself in resolution or conclusion and missed the climax altogether and you realize how nerfed it was.
