Nice fanfic nobodies surpassing Itachi Sama especially not some cheater. However under Sasuke's tutelage he has potential to become elite. Himawari if she trains under Hanabi Hime(itachi and Madara 2.0) has potential to be great provided she didn't inherit Hinata's genes.
