You think Hamura had the Jougan ?

Rinnegan wasn't shown until Pain arc, Tenseigan wasn't revealed until after the end of the manga :lol

Was Hamura shown as having the Jougan? No. The Jougan might be introduced as something legendary for the Otsutsuki since Toneri gives an impression he knows about it while referencing the "Pure eye" bs but Hamura never had it.

No but we have a reference saying he awoke it. Didn't Kaguya create a gigantic TSB? Wasn't she flying? Couldn't she basically use every nature? Everything points that she had 6 paths.

Nothing points that the Jougan was/is from Hamura, it is depicted that he awoke the Tenseigan. Everything else is speculation, also, lets not forget that the Tenseigan is an evolution of the Byakugan. It was stated already that Boruto doesn't have one, so his Dojutsu is something new and probably legendary.
