I like Kakashi, always have and will. This is just one of those things where the fan base of a certain character puts you off like Sasuke and Itachi's fan bases have from time to time.

If you're claiming your statement of "kakashi is a great candidate for top 5 weakest characters ". is correct and manga fact than you're either reading the wrong manga or just flat out dislike kakashi.
