Why can't you take the manga as it is, like NORMAL people and fans who love this manga do?

Why do you feel the need to dissect every little thing in an attempt to "figure out" Kishimoto?

It's so hard to find a thread where the OT isn't defending his favorite character by claiming plot protection for a different one or downplaying Kishimoto's life's work by using the same excuse.


I used to spend a lot more time here when these kind of topics were scarce and we actually had meaningful and stimulating discussions............but now it's just crap.........


Why do you people do this? To have the sense of satisfaction from that one person telling you he agrees with you?

Are you really okay with deluding yourself by thinking that you've actually figured out the writer of a multi-million dollar grossing manga?

Is that fake sense of superiority really that important to you?

I've noticed that alot of people (everywhere) try to increase their own self-esteem not by making themselves better people but by putting others down, giving the facade of superiority.

Atleast this is what usually happens, other people genuinely find happiness and joy in debating and understanding kishimotto's work- and critic not to put down but to further thought and instigate lively discussion.

arent you the one who has stated that naruto is the greatest manga you ever read. the naruto manga may be the most popular but you need to read more manga thire are stories with more complex deeper and better plots than naruto try reading death note, monster, code geass, berserk and youll see that naruto isnt the greatest that you have stated in many of your posts

I don't think it's wrong to analyze a manga in various psychological perspectives, but we can stop beating around the bush and just admit that the people whom you're referring to are dissecting Kishimoto because they do not agree with the direction he took with Naruto.

Believing that he had the entire framework of the manga figured out before he started it is fallacious, as we know the birth of his child catalyzed a directional change in how his plot was meant to be interpreted.

This is not necessarily their faults, but we get a manga chapter every week. So we judge a manga chapter-by-chapter every week we receive it, and the knowledge of what happened last week blurs like a fog. The judgmental attitudes we see prooobably could be avoided if we read it volume-by-volume, but we all know that is a pipe dream (and who would want to wait several months for a volume when we would read the entire volume by the next day?)

There is no greater story as far as I'm concerned. Other mangas are just managas, they may have all the necessary qualities to attract viewers and keep them, but none of them ever offer anything more than just entertainment.

They never take a step to actually connect with their viewers and convey something of actual value.


What PNJ, TNJ and all this "preachy" stuff in Naruto is to a lot of people is enlightenment to me. That's all I'll say about that.

I have people like those in my life. I call them 'vampires'. They suck the energy out of me by slandering my name and pretending to be cool with me when the see me. It's all a facade indeed. I don't have time or patience, or even the manga intelligence, to critic kishi's way of writing.

The reason is 'unhappiness' with oneself...that's all. No one's perfect...but it's how you deal with it that can make it an issue.

People spend a week anticipating 15 pages. Then they react. I think that's normal too. Some of us are a little more entangled with certain characters than we should be, and even if you're not like that, the fact that you're here means you like to get more out of the manga than just those 15 pages.

Agreed. It's pathetic when people do this. It's fine to have little opinions on the Manga but to downright insult Kishi is disrespect to the one who gave you an awesome Manga/Anime series for years.
