He does not produce the anime that is up to Studio Pierrot to run that department he has editors and artist that work under him to draw and help publish the manga.The story is up to kishi not the other way around.

. Never said the editors decide the story.. But again EDITORS are there for editing .. they can change things if they do not fit. And also, the studio needs Kishi's "okay" for the stuff to be in there.
Yes, the are. But people don't consider them because they prove alot of characters strong. For example, K11 if counting the fillers are strong.
You're half right. He does have assistants and such, but most if not all authors have editors. However, Naruto is written solely by "Masashi Kishimoto"...not "Masashi Kishimoto + Friends". And editors don't have a "last say", per se, they only suggest.
And because he signed the franchise onto the anime production company, the creators of the anime don't necessarily need Kishimoto's consent on whether or not to greenlight anything. That's why it doesn't really count. Plus, fillers.
Many others can suggest.. Editor is there for editing.. If he sees something wrong he can edit it.
Actually they do no need Kishimoto's consent still, why? because he is still the "Creator" of the series. And you can't have anime going in one direction while the manga in the other.. Samething that was with Akira Toriyama.
Also, this is the problem.. you people seem to think NARUTO is only Kishimoto... only things he does in it are canon.. well no. NARUTO VERSE is what ALL the creators put in it. Not just the manga.
