its always been purple. fans are the ones that color things wrong like back in the day people thought madaras susanoo was dark red.

We still don't know what color Naruto's RSM eyes were before he turned the cloak on. I'm guessing they were gold though. We still don't know Kaguya's hair color either but I assume it's pinkish. There's some inconsistencies with Hashirama's sage mode marking colors. Kishi needs to show us thee colors as soon as they're released. I remember when Karin was first revealed, I thought her hair was black.
