1 he showed impressive speed feats against 4tK Naruto...
2 I don't think Totsuka really is that simple to use considering the fact that it never hit a moving opponent
3 Orochimaru's speed is 4.5... Itachi's speed is 5... that's not a huge difference... we've seen characters with 3.0 speed dodging attacks from people with 4.5.. that's a way larger gap... and I highly doubt Itachi can spam Totsuka-blitz
4 please don't post scan of Oro getting stabbed since we all know he was careless and considered Totsuka-blitz a "puny little attack"... now he has knowledge so it won't happen... not to mention that he was in hydra mode which is much slower than his base form

Kakashi has the potential to dodge totsuka
speed: 4.5 taijutsu: 4.5 ...and he has a sharingan which helps him predict movements
