Yeah Kishi should have showed this part of Naruto more and put him into the badass parts of the story. I think he did use it against Kakuzu as he didn't have anything to talk with him about so Naruto was going for the kill at that moment.

Naruto just went up and basically said you love your mom so much why don't you join her sealed away for all eternity.

This may also be the first time Naruto has done something dark to another character.

I think its deliberate that he turns out to be a momma's boy, its like the Wizard of Oz, when you don't know them they are mysterious but once you open the curtains it turns out to be something ordinary or not as interesting.


Its like how Tobi lost his sense of mystery and the villainous air he gave off when the mask came off, once you peel the layers he was just a man.

Kakazu was attacking him and his friends and was very powerful at the time, BZ was defenseless and basically beaten, while he deserved it, that is the first time Naruto finished a defenseless enemy off like that.

What are you talking about? Did you not see the panel of the new moon? That was drawn great. And mangaka drawing ability always go forward, never backwards. Not that I've seen yet.

What I don't understand is how a blithering idiot like him was able to manipulate, Indra, the uchiha and the senjus for centuries. Hell, how on god's green earth did he even change the uchiha tablet when he can't even read it? He was one gigantic walking plot hole. Thank goodness both Kaguya and BZ were trashed last chapter. That was the "good" stuff about the chapter, but it was still horrible writing all round.

I'll all of the points, but the Reading the tablet part got my attention. Maybe the Rules that Hagoromo set don't apply to BZ because he isn't Human. Mainly Hagoromo didn't anticipate for a black blob to change the tablet. So pretty much BZ's Eyes > Rinnegan/EMS/MS on decryption skills.
