He stole Hashirama's DNA and his Mokuton.

He stole Hashirama's SM.

He stole Yang Kurama.

He stole all of the Bijuu.

And last but not least he stole the Juubi and it's power.

So there you have it folks....Naruto and Sasuke have not stolen any powers but Madara sure did.

It's different if you worked hard to earn power than having free power up.
