Whenever anyone is getting divorced, the courts always favor the woman. Call it sexist or whatever, but when your children are taken away from you because the judge deemed the wife more suitable to raise children on the simple basis that she's a woman, it's pretty hard to support that. Also with the woman usually getting a huge settlement out of it as well, leaving the man economically crippled and lonely while the woman is sitting happily with some other man with a fat stack of cash and other possessions that she just recieved.

Sucks that you're going through a divorce.

Or the man usually gives the kids to the wife and rarely visits them.
Happens a lot in Black families.

Even the kids are like "I have two sisters... on my daddy side." and "This is my little brother... on my mama side."
It happened to me too. I only have one full-blooded brother and my big sister and baby brother are only my half siblings. But I visit both my parents a lot.

I don't think you have all the facts. There are cases where your scenario probably happens, but most of the time, both partners suffer from the divorce. If there is one house owned by two people and one of them keeps it, that person has to pay the person that isn't keeping it. This usually forces them to sell the house and use any leftover money to pay legal fees.

The harsh reality is that nobody benefits from divorce. Except lawyers.
