I don't think minato is able to use Senjutsu and KCM/BM together like naruto, reason why kurama commented on naruto surpassing his parents in chakra control and such.

Well, The Frogs said "Naruto surpassed Minato and Jiraiya". Once he got the sage mode.

So, I think Maybe Minato just can't mix Sage mode with his Kcm.

You don't understand. The reason why Minato never used Sage mode vs Juubito is because he was in KCM and BM. KCM and BM > SM thus the reason why he didn't bother to use it.
