I just googled the official colered image and it looks like it din't realy hit him in the back the lightning wasn't just coming from his back there was also around his arms and legs meaning it spreaded around his hole body when he hit naruto arm.

I don't count the hospital fight because it was interrupted. It's actually 3 wins if you count the academy fight, which I think people just do for lol's so I agree with your list.

In the manga(original canon) Sasuke barely scratched Naruto(who wasn't even seriously fighting) before stealing 9 bijju's chakra. And even after that he could do little to Naruto's kurama clones. And it was Sasuke who fired Indra's arrow first and Naruto later responded with two gaint frs (he actually didn't want to use those unless forced)

And when they fell, Sasuke was bleeding all over the place and was super exhausted (completely absent in filler anime crap). He was also afraid and butthurt of naruto (when naruto charged with ransengan and when naruto negged amaterasu) and this was again absent from filler anime but clearly shown in manga by kishi.

also naruto never lost a fuqing tooth which was crammed in anime to make sasuke look strong. And in hand to hand combat as witnessed in all previous battles sasuke should not even have been able to be on par with naruto (the starting portion) since we saw sasuke getting negged by kaguya whereas Naruto negged kaguya in reverse.

and that last left uppercut from naruto was heavily underplayed, it was the decider blow tbh.

Animators purposely portrayed Sasuke strong(which he wasn't in original canon manga), gave him feats he didn't have or couldn't use. Naruto was nerfed in anime heavily, the things he comfortably handled in manga were made to look like super difficult. Other than that animation and music was great.

Naruto didn't let Sasuke do shit, he just couldn't do anything about it. Sasuke even suppressed Kurama and was about to finish the team off before Orochimaru intervened.

Sounds like a fight to me. A one-sided fight, but a fight nonetheless.
