Welcome to hell. Before we start, I need you to tell me everything you know about both the Sharingan, and it's advanced stages, and any techniques you believe are worth mentioning regarding the Sharingan.
Sharingan: Well the sharingan can be broken down into many different aspects for what it can do. Strictly speaking in terms of its abilities in the rp the standard based sharingan provides the user the ability to give chakra its own colour or more specifically a colour for each of the chakra natures. It grants increased perception whether that be over a long range or in close combat as seen numerous times in the anime and the ability to copy ninjutsu and hand signs as long as the user knows the technique themselves so I can't go copying someone elses CJ unless I know it myself, although I do have a question. If you use the sharingan and are able to realise what technique the opponent is using are you able to perform the technique at the same time as them, handseals and all and have them clash together identically in the timeframe or even then overpower the opponents use of the technique whether it be with a damage boost or something similar? Moving on though the sharingan is also capable of performing its own special types of genjutsu with most of them coming from eye contact with another person the scale of the ability of this can go up to Bijuu level but that would require MS level or above from memory.
Advanced forms: The sharingan can further go into the mangekyo and eternal mangekyo phase with the ways to achieve those being relatively self explanatory however for explanation sake in order to unlock the Mangekyo one must either witness the death of a loved one whether it be by their own hand or someone else and for them to then unlock the Eternal Mangekyo and lose the risk of losing the light in their eyes they must then transplant another set of eyes that have unlocked the Mangekyo into their own. However upon unlocking the mangekyo the user is granted access to special doujutsu techniques limited to that set of eyes depending on whether or not the user has opted for a canon or custom ms.
As for techniques worth mentioning aside from the copy technique I asked a question about the two most standoutish techniques would obviously be Izanagi and Izanami being able to alter different aspects of reality but I am curious as to whether or not in the rp the eye thats used for either of those is reuseable? From memory I don't recall being able to get that eye back which kind of makes the technique very much a one and done and personally I don't see myself using it if that is the case.
First the Sharingan doesn't "give" Chakra a color, Chakra has a "color", and the Sharingan, and just about every Doujutsu for that matter, allow the user to "see" it, with the Sharingan taking it a step further and allowing the user to perceive certain qualities within Chakra to allow the user to deduce the Element of a given technique's Chakra. I know that's basically semantics, but it's important to specify in my opinion, especially when talking about Elements. For example if the Chakra is highly energetic, it could be either Lightning or Fire, but if it has vibrational qualities it's the former, while Chakra that appears darker, or more dense would be Earth, and so on.
Next, it's not just techniques that you "know" that you are able to Copy. You wouldn't be "copying" a technique if that were the case. Specifically the Copy Technique allows you to perceive all of the components that make up an opponent's Jutsu, and use it yourself. For example, say I use a Fire Release Custom Jutsu with a single hand seal, and you also have the ability to perform Fire Release with a single seal. Between witnessing the specific seal I use, and the Sharingan's ability to percieve the flow of Chakra, you would be able to recreate that technique on your own, regardless of whether or not I've taught you that Custom. Now say I use it with a single seal, but you only have the faster Handseal specialty. Because you don't know the full string of seals, even though you know the rest, you can't recreate that technique because of the lack of seals. This can be applied to many situations, one of the most interesting I've recently come across being Arthorius copying Mirai's CFSJ during combat. The CFSJ didn't require handseals, and was Genjutsu based so it was almost entirely based on internal Chakra-based actions, which the Sharingan can percieve, allowing Arthorius to effectively steal something he didn't have. As for your question, if it is the first offensive action in a given timeframe, you have to come after them, as your reaction is based on their action(s), but you could definitely witness the technique being formed, and respond with your own fast enough to counter with your own version, though that would be relative to things like distance and how long the technique takes to perform, and stuff like that.
Everything else is correct, and as for Izanami and Izanagi, yes, using them makes you blind. It's not a completely permanent thing that affects your bio forever. In the NW it's for the current arc, and for fights it's for that fight alone. For what you get out of them, it's best to use them when you absolutely need to.
Moving on, given how sparse my replied are, it wouldn't be fair to give you roleplay training for (E)MS activation, so please break the technique down, and we'll move on to the other techniques.
( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye Type: Supplementary Rank: Forbidden Range: Short-Long Chakra: 70 ( -20 per turn to keep active ) Damage: N/A Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements. Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost. Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time. Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill. Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique. Note: While active, as long as a clear line of sight and the range is respected, the user can cast normal non-Doujutsu Genjutsu without the need for handseals. However, Doujutsu illusions still require eye contact (if feasible) or their own requirements; this ability only affects regular Genjutsu.
So breaking it down essentially it begins by saying its only achieved after combining two MS together to bring light back to the eyes. It gives increased visual perception whether that be speed tracking, being able to see through S rank visual illusions, and also granting the user the ability to cast genjutsu without the need for hand seals as long as one can see their target/s (presumably as long as EMS remains active does that lack of handseals required apply). It also removes the function of taking damage per turn while having MS active and no longer causes the user to lose their own eye sight. It also allows the user to use any MS techniques without drawbacks or duration reduction, anything that would drain the user whether it be their stamina or health no longer applies to someone with EMS. It also has the ability to control Tailed Beasts/Jinchuriki with its sharingan genjutsu with varying control over said jinchuriki/tailed beast depending on the form it is currently in.
It would be cool if having EMS allowed the user to not require direct eye sight for sharingan gen since anyone can look at the toes of someone since pretty much everyone has mastered Tai but its fine.
Okay, good stuff. Not much to add, as everything speaks for itself. Next we'll do Amaterasu and Sasuke's Blaze Release techniques.
( Doujutsu: Amaterasu ) - Eye Technique: Shining Heaven

Damage Points: 80 per turn (-30 to the user)
Description: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, Amaterasu is the ability to ignite the undying black flames. The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. This depiction is somewhat linked to the fact that, because of the damage produced in ones eyes, as the user closes his eyes and prepares to use Amaterasu, tears of blood flow through his face. The black flames lack momentum and impact (being unable to break through strong solid inert defenses) but have a very high parasitic ability, spreading through anything that comes in contact with them and consuming with enormous ease, any type of fire. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas capable of moving at least 50 Speed can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. While they burn for an incredibly long time, these flames cannot be doused nor extinguished by Water, burning it within a turn regardless of size or power. While these flames are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly, spreading at the speed of a Forbidden Fire Ranked Jutsu. Also, its been noticed that Chakra sensors can sense the increase in chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's Shield of Sand. By coming between the user and his target, a fast enough defense can block the intended focal point (the enemy) and defend him from the black flames, as long as its tangible and completely blocks the users line of sight.
Note: Requires the user to have his MS or EMS active

Note: Cannot be dodged unless the user has an ability that fits the ones described
Note: If hit, enemies will experience 80 damage per turn until the flames are either sealed or removed in some form.
( Enton: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Blaze Release: Great Fireball Technique
Range: Short - Long
Description: The user creates a massive Great Fireball that he launches at the opponent. As he does this, he utilizes his Blaze Release to generate black flames with the fireball as he expels it, augmenting it's powers. This Fireball takes on the properties of both Blaze and Fire release.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha with EMS activated.
Note: Cannot be used in consecutive turns.
( Enton: Kaijutsu ) - Blaze Release: Flame Control Jumping Flames
Description: Once Amaterasu is cast from Sasuke's left eye, he uses his right eye to manipulate the flames and, as such, wield this technique. Sasuke will draw his sword with his dominant hand, surrounding it with black flames. Despite being created from the flames of Amaterasu, this jutsu has corporeal form behind it, creating arcs of Blaze Release flames as he swings that are able to cut through opponents with ease.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios and requires the user to have his EMS active.
Note: Can only be used three times.
( Enton: Yasaka Magatana ) - Blaze Release: Eight Slopes Curved Jewel
Range: Short - Mid
Description: Utilizing the orb of black flames in his Susanoo's hand, the user is able to rapidly produce a number of magatama projectiles, which are composed entirely of the flames and have solid, corporeal form. The size of the created projectiles are dependent upon the user's intent and situation, with smaller variations being faster and more adept at fighting in close quaters and larger ones carrying bigger impact or a bigger area of effect. While the manner in which they work is somewhat similar, the technique can assume multiple forms that differ slightly both in appearance and use. Upon impact, victims are forcefully thrown off of their feet and quickly incinerated.
Note: Can only be used once every 2 turns with the EMS activated.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios.
( Doujutsu: Shounetsujigoku ) - Eye Technique: Burning Hell
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 100
Damage points: 140 (-40 to user per use)
Description: The user with his Mangekyo Sharingan active will focus his eyes upon the ground in the opponents location and will cause black flames to erupt from beneath the opponent into a large pillar to consume him. The flames cover an area of up to 5 meters all around the target before erupting into a gigantic pilar of flames. Before they fully manifest, the flames manifest on the ground for a mere second, allowing speed enahnced enemies to avoid it as well as enemies that use S/T abilities. However, if he fails to react he'll be fully engulfed in black flames which will eventually consume him after 3 turns, although the pain will make him lose conscience after only 2. The flames have all the properties of Amaterasu and as such can be sealed away or expelled from the body of the target before they can completely consume him.
Note: Can only be used by MS/EMS bios that can use Amaterasu and must have the Dojutsu activated.
Note: Deactivates MS and renders the user unable to access its doujutsu for the rest of the match while causing severe damage to the user, blinding him for 2 turns.
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Requires concentration to focus the black flames but can only be avoided by high levels of speed (Lightning Armor, EIG, etc) or S/T techniques
Note: Users with EMS will avoid the damage but will still have their doujutsu deactivated and unable to activate for 1 full turn
( Enton: Kagutsuchi ) - Blaze Release: Fire God
Chakra Cost: 70
Description: Sasuke Uchiha uses this technique to apply Shape Transformation to the inextinguishable black flames of Amaterasu manipulating them at will. With it he can create a barrier that not only shields him, but also burns and pierces any opponent that touches the flames. The technique can also be used in conjunction with his Susanoo, and its weaponry. While Amaterasu is cast from Sasuke's left eye, he uses his right eye to manipulate the flames and, as such, wield this technique. However, the manipulation can only be done to flames in short range of him and can't create them. This said, the flames manipulated by this technique can be stretched, enhanced, spread or even enlarged to any desired effect. The flames will not gain any additional property, lacking the physical tangibility to stop physical attacks but will serve as a very effective deterrence for most enemies. The user can also use this technique to extinguish Amaterasu flames.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios and requires the user to have his EMS active.
( Doujutsu: Toku Amaterasu ) - Eye Technique: Shield of Amaterasu
Chakra cost: 70 ( -30 per turn to maintain )
Description: Sasuke Uchiha uses this technique on his Susano's body to engulf it in black flames that will spread through it acting as an effective defense from most melee attackers. The technique itself ignites the susano parts of choice in black flames that will keep burning as long as the user fuels them with chakra. Through the use of ( Enton: Kagutsuchi ) - Blaze Release: Fire God, the user can further increase the existing flames and even spread them further to produce a bigger area of effect. However, the user himself is not immune to the black flames and must be extremely careful not to be caught in his own defense.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios.
( Doujutsu: Hinokami ) - Eye Technique: Rising Sun
Chakra Cost: 100
Damage Points: 140 (-30 to to the user)
Description: Using the principle behind Amaterasu, the user closes both eyes and then opens them one at a time, each time burning an area near the target with black fire. When both eyes are open the target is burned in a large circle of black fire that only leaves a crater behind. The scale of the technique is enormous but the cost is also severe. The user will drain most of his stamina into this one attack and, like all Amaterasu based attacks, this attacks also lacks physical momentum and impact as well as kinetic energy. While the flames aren't passible of being extinguished, they also lack the ability to do kinetic damage, increasing the defensive counters that the enemy my produce.
Note: Follows all principles behind Amaterasu and also its limitations.
Note: Requires Mangekyo Sharingan active and can only be used once.
Note: Reduces MS duration by 4 turns and leaves the user's stamina drained.
( Doujutsu: Kyokujitsu ) - Eye Technique: Sun God
Chakra Cost: 100
Damage Points: 140 ( -40 to user per use )
Description: Upon gaining the use of Amaterasu, the user is able to produce this powerfull attack at the cost of deactivating his MS for the rest of the match and severely draining his strenght. The user will focus on his target and ignite black flames all around the enemy. As the flames ignite, they surround the enemy until they form a very large sphere of black flames that then consumes the target in moments. The flames have the same properties of Amaterasu and as such are somewhat slow to ignite. However, because the technique affects such a large area, the target will not escape easily. And while the first few steps of the technique happen at a somewhat normal speed, the formation of the black sphere happens at immense speeds, making the technique quite devastating.
Note: Requires Mangekyo Sharingan and the ability to use Amaterasu

Note: Upon casting, the user is unable to activate his MS for the rest of the match and will need 2 turn to activate his Sharingan once more
Note: EMS bios will have their EMS deactivated but will suffer no damage and will only need to wait one more turn to activate once more.
( Doujutsu: Amaterasu Zanka) - Eye Technique: Lingering Flames
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 100 ( -30 per turn )
Description: After activating Susano'o, Sasuke causes several smaller Amaterasu orbs to grow from the larger orb in his Susano'o arm. As they grow, these orbs extend outwards, releasing them as traps on the battlefield, each comparable to the size of a Truth-Seeking Orb. Should these come in contact with an opponent, they generate explosions of fire that burn anything near them and deliver small force to force opponents away a range backwards. These orbs last up to 2 turns on the field.
Note: Can only be used three times with at least 2 turns in between usage.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios with Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
The stand alone technique of Amaterasu essentially creates the black flames at the location the user is currently looking at. Judging from its description is seems to be one of the few techniques that kind of "dodges" the whole creating a jutsu within 5 meters of an opponent although I feel like I could be wrong about that. The nice thing is that EMS users wont have their duration lowered by using it as opposed to MS users.
Blaze Great Fireball:
Probably the most basic blaze technique but imo one of the more fun ones to use due to its simplicity. The user creates a fireball which is then engulfed in the black flames of amaterasu. Has some really nice damage with little to no drawbacks aside from not being able to be used consecutively.
Flame Control Jumping Flames:
So judging from the way its worded it can only be used after Amaterasu, or a technique that utilises amaterasu is used where upon creating the black flames the user can then imbed their sword with it and release arcs of the black flames from their sword.
I do have a question regarding this one though. How many times can I swing the sword and release these arcs of black flames and how long do the flames last on the sword in question? Do they last indefinitely or just for one turn?
Eight Slopes Curved Jewel:
Utilizing the orb of black flames that appears when using Sasuke's Susano'o the user can release projectiles of black flames that move dependant on their size with smaller ones being faster etc.
Eye Technique: Burning Hell
The user focuses their chakra into the ground beneath a target and creates a pillar of black flames that shoots up from the ground below a target engulfing them in the flames and eventually killing them after the third turn if not dealt with. The black flames appear on the ground for a moment before the eruption allowing people with sufficient evading capabilities to successfully evade.
Allows the user to control and manipulate black flames within short range of them even with susano'o active giving them another type of defence. The flames aren't tangible however and do leave the user open to physical attacks granted the one doing so is fine with taking damage.
Shield of Amaterasu:
Very similar to Fire God but can only be used on Susano'o and can only cover the susano'o unlike Fire God which would allow you to spread the flames to a much larger degree.
Requires the user to close both eyes and open them one at a time with each eye opening surrounding the target in black flames which completely surround the target from all areas once both eyes are open creating a very difficult to evade attack.
Creates a sphere of black flames around a target which then consumes the target inside while halting their movements making it extremely difficult to evade without taking any sort of damage.
It says EMS users have their EMS deactivated but does that just revert us back to our 3 tomoe or does it take us out of that aswell and return us to our normal eyes.
Allows the user to create orbs of black flames similar to the size of TSB's upon creation of their susano'o which can be directed towards a target and upon coming into contact with anything, whether it be the ground or another technique would create an explosion.
Is the explosion created simply black flames or is it a general blunt force explosion like from a explosive tag.
For Flame Control Jumping Flames, since it doesn't have a specified duration, turn limit, Chakra Cost per turn, etc, it's most likely a single attack per use, good for one attack and that's it.
Moving on, here are the techniques that will let you control reality at the mere cost of an eye, and the technique that lets you seal either them, or one of your other Mangekyou Sharingan Jutsu in an eye, and activated upon a specific trigger.
( Doujutsu: Izanagi ) – Eye Technique: Izanagi
Chakra cost: 100
Damage points: N/A ( loss of a Sharingan eye )
Description: Izanagi is a Genjutsu that is intended to be cast upon oneself and not the enemy though it actually seems to imbue reality with the users will and alter it according to his own needs. When activated the user removes the boundaries between reality and illusion and bends it to achieve the best outcome to his situation. In a certain degree this allows the user to control their own state of existence as well as that of those around him. However, this is only maintained for the briefest of moments. When activated it is capable of turning an injury or even death into an illusion allowing the user to escape harm, but not without a grave cost. The use of this technique results in the loss of a Sharingan eye. The technique essentially allows the user to alter reality and negate any event that might have happened in the last moments of battle (negates anything that has happened to either the user or the enemy in the last 2 turns), the only exception being his own chakra levels.
Note: This version can only be used by Uchiha Bios with access to MS/EMS
Note: Can only be used twice per battle, once per eye, rendering the used eye blind for the rest of the match, even if the user has EMS
Note: Those around the user as well as the user are well aware of the altered reality though they cannot do anything to change it
( Doujutsu: Izanami ) - Eye Technique: Izanami
Chakra Cost: 100
Damage: N/A ( loss of a Sharingan eye )
Description: Izanami is one of the ultimate techniques of the Uchiha clan, said to have been created to deal with Izanagi users that went mad or abused it. It is a genjutsu which affects the target through physical sensations shared between them and the user. Like its counterpart, in exchange for the temporary ability that it grants the user, the Sharingan with which Izanami is cast is sealed away and loses its light forever, leftblind for the rest of the match. According to Itachi, this technique and Izanagi form a pair, but while Izanagi is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that "decides" it. To begin the technique, after selecting any arbitrary moment, the caster uses their Sharingan to remember the physical sensations and every detail that surrounds him and his opponent as well as the information gathered by all his senses and that of their opponent's during that instant like a photograph. The user must then intentionally replicate the same sensation, feeling and moment and in the same way, memorise it with their Sharingan. Then, upon casting the technique, Izanami overlaps and connects these two identical "moments" as well as the flow of time between them, creating an infinite loop of events that entraps the opponent's consciousness. Whilst under the effects of the technique, the target stands motionlessly as the loop of events continually replays inside their mind. Each time a loop is repeated, any physical damage incurred is reset as it were before the start of the loop. Despite being able to become consciously aware of their situation and act differently, the victim is unable to significantly alter or escape from the inevitable progression of these events. However, because this technique was created to reprimand and save the users of Izanagi, the victim is able to escape the infinite loop if they can acknowledge the real results of their actions and in doing so, accept their fate.
Note: Can only be used by Uchiha bios and the user must have mastered all Sharingan Genjutsu as well as gained access to MS or EMS, even if he doesn't need it to cast the illusion.
Note: Can only be used once per eye, after which the used eye loses its light for the rest of the fight.
Note: Doesn't require eye contact and takes 2 turns to set up and then trigger, during which the user can't use Genjutsu on the enemy.
Note: The user is left noticeably exhausted once the technique is fully triggered, while the target is left locked inside the illusion for up to 3 turns, unable to move or be aware of anything from the real world during that time. During those 3 turns, the user can make use of Genjutsu to interrogate the target freely without him knowing. After the 3 turns pass, the target is released but left in an exausted state, unable to fight or flee.
Note: Once triggered, target can't release himself from the illusion for the full 3 turns.
( Doujutsu: Tensha Fūin ) - Eye Technique: Transcription Seal
Chakra: 70 ( + chakra of jutsu )
Damage: N/A ( Jutsu dependent )
Description: Transcription Seal is a technique that has the ability to seal a technique of the user's Mangekyō Sharingan within a designated host. Upon being sealed, the technique is typically, involuntarily activated whenever the host when a condition is met; which is predetermined by the user at the moment of sealing. While often being used involuntarily, a skilled user is able to activate it a will when placed upon himself. There are several methods to perform this technique, the most common being channeling chakra to one's fingers and then placing his fingers upon the target's forehead, transferring it to him.
Note: The user is only able to seal Amaterasu based attacks, Tsukiyomi, and other Sharingan attacks barring Susano'o within another eye. He is able to trigger Izanagi within his own eye, however with specific triggers to activate it.
Note: Only one technique can be sealed at any time, and must be stated either in the user's bio or before battle.
Note: Can only be used twice per event.
Note: If Mangekyo Sharingan is needed to activate said sealed techniques, then the Mangekyo will be auto activated when used, taking place of an activation. This counts towards the user's usage count even if the Transcription Seal was created by someone else.
The simplest way to describe Izanagi is, to activate the jutsu you must give up one of your eyes and in doing so you can overturn an event/attack. Say you were to be killed by some form of attack your real body is replaced with an illusion and the real you avoids all damage of course at the cost of the eye.
Izanami that basically ends a fight if it ever comes down to it and you are given the chance to set it up. So from what I understand of it you spend 2 moves creating a scenario and looping it manually, attempting to recreate as much of it as possible utilising your sharingan down to the minute things and on the second turn Izanami activates causing the target to continue going through the loop in their mind while they're main body is essentially unconscious. So just some questions; do you activate Izanami and then begin attempting to recreate the same series of events or do you only post izanami on the second turn when you actually activate it?
A really cool technique in my opinion where you transfer a MS based jutsu into someone else that can triggered due to a certain action for example seeing a certain person, or a certain event occurs. This happens through channeling chakra into something like your fingers and making physical contact with the person and stating the "terms" of the transferred jutsu.
For Izanami, you first set up the first series of actions which takes 2 turns, then use the Sharingan to flawlessly recreate them, at which point Izanami is cast.
Now for Sasuke's Susano'o stuff. The rest of his Susano'o arsenal were covered in the Blaze Release techniques, so I believe for now, this is everything. Any questions, let me know, otherwise have fun.
( Doujutsu: Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Sasuke's Tempestuous God of Valor

Description: Susano'o is a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susano'o is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susano'o, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susano'o to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
In its initial form (requires EMS), Sasuke's Susano'o has S-rank durability and for combat, employs either a sabre or a bow (S-rank constructs). With regards to the latter, it is able to produce arrows of chakra to use in tandem with said bow via an orb held by its third hand. Up to two arrows can be shot per turn with each retaining the same damage output and traveling quickly (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the arrows can be used as makeshift melee weapons. More notably, its own abilities can be used in conjunction with Blaze Release, which occurs passively. At this level, it becomes able to use Yasaka Magatama as well.
Two turns after it initially manifests, the user stabilizes their chakra and hence induces their Susano'o to advance to its final form. In its final form, Susano'o acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a Bijuu. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used, with the sword having been shown able to cleave mountains.
When drawing on the power of the Rinnegan, the armor surrounding the Complete-Body form is reduced somewhat while the size of the Susano'o nearly doubles, exposing the humanoid within. The humanoid form below glows like lightning and emits this lightning from it's body like Chidori. This Susano'o gains a significant power increase, allowing it to reduce up to 120 damage. It can also use it's blades to deal damage on the same scale, dealing 120 damage with the sword it generates. Sasuke is also able to perform his Chidori through this Susano'o as well as Susano'o: Great Fireball Technique and Indra's Arrow. This form can only be activated once per event and only after Complete Body form has been reached, being able to trigger it at any point after. However, this form only lasts 3 turns due to it's tremendous chakra burn, requiring 100 to activate and 40 per turn to sustain.
Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: For Sasuke with EMS, Susano'o is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown after EMS is reactivated.
Note: For Sasuke with Rinnegan, Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to eight turns, with a three-turn cooldown.
( Susano'o: Tsuin Ken no Mai ) - Susano'o: Twin Blade Dance )

Description: The user channels chakra through the blades of his Susano'o. Swinging the blades forward, the user releases waves of raw chakra released from the swords with great force and power, cut through mountains. These waves are capable of crippling large buildings with ease, leaving behind only shattered remains of items as they impact it.
Note: Can only be done with either stabilized Standard Susano'o or a Complete Susano'o ( Perfect Susano'o form ). When used by Complete Susano'o, it is capable of delivering 100 damage to attacks per use.
Note: Susano'o with Rinnegans are able to use the next highest damage variant, dealing 120 damage three times per fight.
Note: Sasuke is capable of using the highest level when in his Indra Susano'o up to 3 times per battle with a turn break in between.
( Susano'o: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Susano'o: Great Fireball Technique

Description: Using Complete Body - Susanoo as a medium, the user can fire a multitude of fireballs from the construct's mouth. The fireballs vary in size, capable of becoming as large as a Tailed Beast. As the technique doesn't explode on impact, the fireballs can be repelled with enough force. By launching the technique into the sky, it creates thunderclouds, making it possible to use Kirin.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha with Susano'o active.
