Bottom line: no paths can dodge amateratsu. So the fight will be 2 on 1 instantly. Preta gets kill by sasukes speed and sword play. Vs deva 1 on 1 genjutsu.

Pein can tell when hes going to use amateratsu he would stop him from using it. and no u think hes going to get to Preta when the other peins and summons are fighting.

Sasuke will do way better than sage mode naruto did with intel on pain... Deva path couldn't use shinra tensei so that's a huge bonus for sasuke. Everyone keep saying amaterasu, susanoo arrow, chidori variants will be absorbed by preta path but they fail to realize ONE BODY can't cover up for SIX BODIES... It's not like the six bodies with stick tightly to each other. Sasuke can beat the spop but nagato is a different story.

Sasuke's powers and intelligence are not able to defeat Pain. It would be maximum a mid diff battle for Pain to win.

No actually it's the other way around. Sasuke doesn't have the intel Naruto had (The paths' secret and Deva Path's interval), and even with the intel Pain could've won if his intent wasn't to capture Naruto, he clearly could've killed him when he pinned him down.

Sasuke doesn't stand a chance against Pain, the best he can do is give him some difficulty.

If naruto can beat pain Sasuke can!!
