no he cant beat tsunade minato hiruzen or neji or danzo and if base naruto is just naruto without kurama hell no all he has is kamui which he can only use 2-3 times on small to med. objects that are at a stationary movement and he can only copy non kekkai genkai techs. and he may kno 1000 jutsu but if he plans on using kamui then its only 5-7 jutsu out of that 1000 and lightning blade may be his only trump if strategically used

He can't Kamui Himself so attack will pass through Him
He strains hard to kamui a small piece of someone

Minato wrecks him - Basically, you're a ****ing retard. Obito had a far superior kamui and got wrecked by minato.

Tsunade wrecks him - How the **** is he beating a giant katsuya and a woman who can't die with byakugo active? She can heal herself and katsuya can heal her.

Deidara wreck him - How the **** is he attacking deidara? Sasuke needed a chidori lance and curse seal to get to deidara. Sasuke needed curse seal to protect him from one of the attacks. Kakashi isn't sasuke. Even though lightning is deidara's weakness, kakashi gets blown to **** at back.

Danzo wrecks him - Please tell me more about how kakashi's 3-4 kamui's and 2 lightning blades beat 10 izanagi. I'm all ears. And notice i've only mentioned izanagi. Haven't mentioned KA, His Elephant or his Wind jutsu.

Base Naruto - This one all depends on what you even mean. But even naruto without using Kyuubi or SM will wreck him. Naruto has enough chakra on his own to spam shadow clones and rasengan... + He has Plot No jutsu. Not even the SO6P Can survive that
