Because it's not about winning or losing. It's about friendship and fighting to exhaustion without a result. Once again. Kishi teaches through his manga that competition is for the weak ( what Sasuke was looking for ). There is nothing about competition between their fight.

So yes Sasuke Lost (Thank God) yet, this is not what matters.
