If a villain doesn't talk much and sticks to straight action.

You'll call them boring and bland

But if they talk and engage in conversation. You'll say it's too much talking and not enough fighting.

So which one is it gonna be for you?

No talking or talking.

I'm saying villains that fight with little to no talking are considered bland and people complain that they're boring but when a villain do talk people complain it's not enough fighting.

You mean Momoshiki and Obito.

Momoshiki was awful because he was one-dimentional and barely talked about his motives

Obito was great because he talked and made sense out of everything he has a long backstory explained in details

There's gotta be a good mix.... I mean, you gotta further the plot, but you can't just sit there and talk. The juubito fight was fine... until we spent 30 min watching them talk in that "inner dimension".
