This character is shishui the guy can solo 95% of narutoverse. I have not seen him in no top 10 when he clearly is but you put hiruzen who lost to orochimaru and trained students that got soloed by hanzo and could be soloed by sakumo hatake aw and there is no such thing as healthy itachi or nagato there is just edo itachi or sick iachi nagato is just sick :|:sy:U_U .
