Knows how to fly with his brand new perfect sasunoo right away.
Madara had no training with mokuton and yet created a huge forrest and the bloom thing right away after being resurrected fighting the kages, he even metioned saying "he wants to try this out".

Well sasuke did basically train to learn how to use susanoo through battles it's not like he pulled a P's right out of his ass like kakashi did and also sasuke can't just spam his space time jutsu when ever he wants. Kakashi on the other hand pulled out a ps without going through any other of it's lower forms. Also madara spent like thirty to forty years in a cave for all we no madara could have been training to master wood style.

The problem is they are reincarnation of (probably) the most talented person of this show. Them being able to pull such feats is the bare minimum. Also even if (i admit) is very convinient. It is still a very small asspull considering Kakashi getting 2 MS and perfect susano'o
